Forooghian + Company Law Corporation is a Vancouver-based boutique law firm specializing in corporate + securities law. After practicing as a partner at a leading national firm and then a top-ranked boutique firm, Farzad launched Forooghian+Co to serve clients without the constraints inherent in the traditional law firm model. Now, his most important business relationships are those he shares with his clients - and he thinks it works better that way.
Farzad has been recognized as a leading lawyer in the areas of corporate, securities and mining law. He obtained a law degree from UBC and a Certificate in Mining Law from York University. Prior to that, Farzad earned a business degree from McGill and completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Tajinder specializes in corporate and securities law and has a reputation for his outstanding expertise in transactional matters. He is highly regarded for his knowledge and ability to bring technical excellence to every matter. Tajinder acts for various participants in M+A and corporate finance transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.
Prior to joining Forooghian+Co, Tajinder articled with and then practiced at a leading national firm for nearly five years. He has a law degree from Thompson Rivers University (Silver Medalist) and a business degree from UBC.

Wendy is a senior paralegal with almost 20 years of experience in the legal profession and in public company administration. She has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and securities law practices. Wendy previously worked both in-house and with national and boutique law firms.
Wendy assists private and public companies on a wide range of matters including financings, mergers + acquisitions, shareholder meetings, continuous disclosure and stock exchange listings. Her experience includes working with issuers on the TSX, TSX-V and CSE.
